West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has taken a brave stand against Dimitri Payet, and I think it will work in his favour.
Bilic is saying to the fans that, as good as this guy was last season, we gave him a new contract and now he does not want to play for us - so I am just going to pick people who do.
I think that is a good thing, but what Bilic really needs is three points after the Hammers' heavy FA Cup defeat last time they played at home.
I don't think they will get them, although this game is very hard to call.
It is a London derby and it would also be a big first win for Sam Allardyce as Crystal Palace manager - but I am going for a draw..."
We need a Win or Bilic will feel the pressure against him building again...

Forget Payet...Focus on a Winning Formation and strategy...Motivate the team...adjust quickly to changes during the game...

Agree with andy12345. Don't forget, we're West Ham. Just when you think things couldn't get worse we usually get an extra kick in the bollocks for luck. The Fat One will be licking his herpes.
1-2 and lots of anger all round. I hope I'm wrong and that the team has a better structure / shape / attitude without Payet.

This game will show what sort of character we have in the side. Given some of the dross we have seen at times this season, it's hard to know what to expect, but I'm hopeful that there will be a steely resolve about the team. Quite apart from that, it would be so good to put the walrus in his place.

I fancy us to lose this one, and for things to get quite ugly. Allardyce will fancy it big time, they have a team full of pace and power and there is so much negativity around our place at the moment. I'll go 1-3.

This game has got draw or lose written all over it. Its been a tough week for us but we definitely have the squad to beat this lot and it may be too early but agree that we will (and should) go out there with a hard nosed attitude and put a performance in.
